As CFCU navigates through the ‘new normal’ due to COVID-19, the health and safety of our members and staff has been and continues to be top of mind. For this reason, and with the full approval of CFCU’s Board of Directors, our 2019 Annual Member Meeting to be held on April 29, 2020 was cancelled. We were sorry to miss this yearly opportunity to hear from our membership and share with them the successes and good work CFCU has accomplished throughout the foregoing year.
One order of business at each Annual Meeting is hearing any recommendations of the Nominating Committee and voting in new or renewing Board members. Lisa Whitaker and Katie Foley have each been re-elected to the board for a one-year term instead of the usual three-year term. These board members will be presented for re-election for the remaining two-years at the 2020 Annual Meeting to be held in April 2021.
