Sign up for eMail Notification
Would you like to be notified that your eStatement is ready for viewing or that an overdraft occurred on your account? Just sign up for eMail Notification today! By subscribing to this helpful service, you can also be notified of other account activity such as a loan payment being past due or a recurring transfer that did not occur. In addition, eMail Notification includes security alerts when a change has been made to your CFCUanywhere password or mailing address.
Once enrolled, you can also sign up for eLerts; which are eMail Notifications customized by you. Set up an eLert to be notified when your account balance drops below a certain amount, when specific checks have cleared your account or other important financial transactions.
To sign up, click the “Access Accounts” tab within CFCUanywhere Online Banking, then on the sub tab, “eMail Notification.” Follow the step-by-step instructions for enrollment. Then you can set up eLerts by clicking on “Manage eMail Notification” and choosing “eLerts Options.”

Just log onto CFCUanywhere Online Banking and click the eDeposit tab under Account Services. Then follow the
simple enrollment procedures. By selecting the “Submit” button at the bottom of the eDeposit Terms and Conditions
screen, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the service as outlined in
To use eDeposit, you must:
- Maintain a CFCU membership account in good standing.
- Submit the transaction via CFCUanywhere Online Banking and maintain a valid email address.
- Mail the actual check to CFCU within 10 calendar days.*

Make sure to endorse the check and write your account number, tracking ID number and “For Deposit Only” under your signature on the back of the check.
Do not use eDeposit to:

- Deposit checks drawn on foreign financial institutions

The Fast and Easy Way to Pay Bills
Check-Free Bill Pay
Save time and money! Pay your monthly bills online using your CFCU checking account. Just designate and schedule the bills you want paid, Check-Free Bill Pay does the rest.
With Bill Pay, you’ll have access to these great features:
Search for vendors. Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name. If a match is found in the database, the vendor’s information will be added automatically. No more hunting down mailing addresses! Simply enter your account number and add your bills to be paid.
Request ebills. Most utility bills, credit cards and many other bills are now available as eBills and can be received electronically through CFCUanywhere Online Banking. When you sign up, your bills are sent as a PDF to your CFCUanywhere account. Typically, eBills are available the day after the statement cycle ends, and they’re green (most companies will stop sending paper bills if you desire).
Set up reminders. Never make a late payment again! When you set up reminders, you’ll receive a message within Bill Pay telling you when your payment is due. You can even set up email notifications to alert you when your payment has been made or if it has not been paid by the due date.
Pay from multiple checking accounts. Choose which CFCU checking account to pay your bills from.
Make recurring payments. Eliminate the hassle of paying your monthly bills by setting up recurring payments. This is a great option for payments that don’t change from month to month—such as your car payment or mortgage.
See it all at a glance! The Payment Center lets you make payments and view pending payments, recent payments, and bill reminders all on the same screen.

Be assured your electronic payments are safe and reliable through CFCU. If you suspect fraud, just notify us within two business days of any unauthorized transaction and your liability will be no more than $50, the same as for most credit cards. In addition, if a payment is late through no fault of yours and in accordance with the service’s terms and conditions, we’ll cover any late-payment-related charges (up to $50). Popmoney is a personal payment service that lets you send or receive money electronically. Just sign up and create your Popmoney profile at CFCUanywhere Online Banking. Click Popmoney and follow the simple enrollment procedures.
No more IOUs. With Popmoney, you can send money to friends, family, your landlord—anyone at all with a few simple clicks! Start by clicking the Send Money tab and select your CFCU account number. Enter the recipient’s name and e-mail address, mobile number, or routing and account number, the amount you’d like to pay, and the payment date. That’s all it takes to move money from your account into theirs. The recipient will be sent an e-mail or text message letting them know you’ve paid them.
Say a little something! You can even make your electronic transaction special by sending a personal message along with the notification or by customizing the design of the email by selecting an eGreeting.
It’s just as easy to receive money. When someone uses Popmoney to pay you, you’ll receive an email or text message stating you have money waiting. Click the “Pickup your Money” link and enter the email or mobile number where you received the Popmoney Pickup message. Tell us where you want the money deposited. You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know the date the money will be available. In most cases it’s three business days or less. Use automatic deposit to have your money deposited in the same place the next tim.
