All CORE credit card accounts have been closed.
If you did not respond with a choice regarding the conversion to a CFCU Credit Card account(s), you will need to call us at 607-257-8500 or stop at one of our branch locations to speak with a loan officer.
If you chose to convert your CORE credit card account(s) to a CFCU Rewards credit card account(s):
- You should have received your card by mail unless you chose to pick it up at a branch
- The balance of your CORE Credit Card has been transferred to the new card.
- The rate for any balance that was transferred from your existing CORE credit card is a 5.99% Promotional APR for the first 24 months.
- The rate for future transactions will be determined by your current credit score.
- Your credit limit will remain the same unless you requested and received approval to increase your limit.
- Existing rewards points on your CORE Credit Card will be transferred to your CFCU Rewards Credit Card.
- You received (or will soon receive) 5,000 additional rewards points
You can pay your CFCU credit card:
- With CFCU's Payment Portal (you can also always access this link at the bottom of our website in the orange bar)
- Through Digital Banking (click on 'Accounts', then 'Credit Card Access')
If you did not choose to transfer to a CFCU Rewards credit card:
You will be responsible for continuing to make payments to your CORE credit card until the balance is paid in full.
If you have a balance remaining, you can pay:
- With CFCU's Payment Portal (you can also always access this link at the bottom of our website in the orange bar)
- Through Digital Banking (click on 'Accounts', then 'Credit Card Access')
