For the past two years, CFCU has partnered with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins and Cortland counties to help implement the NEFE High School Financial Planning Program in area schools.
The program, developed by the National Endowment for Financial Education and sponsored in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service, and Credit Union National Association, Inc., and America's Credit Unions, provides fundamental financial concepts to young adults throughout the country. It includes everything you need to teach essential money management skills quickly and easily - and it's available at no cost as a public service.
